Love’s sincere care for anyone who steps into his boutique. I have made purchases in the past through Jewels by Love. Interacting with the staff is a phenomenal experience. They are the most knowledgeable I have ever experienced in haute horology. With my last cruise, I stopped by to say ‘hi’, and in the process happened upon the unbelievable fortune to meet Love. I can’t articulate all of the adjectives and superlatives that would characterize Love’s passion and knowledge! What stands out the most though is Love’s sincere care for anyone who steps into his boutique. He engenders trustworthy relationships. His son, Rish, has the same approach (in addition to the staff).
